This journey has been absolutely wonderful so far for so many reasons. But one principle reason is the opportunity to reconnect with friends and family.
My cousin Tom lives in Florida near Palm Coast which is about 40 miles south of where I am. Last night we were able to meet for dinner and catch up from the last time we saw each other 20 years ago.
Tom and his wife have lived all over the world some associated with his work in finance and other travels for pleasure. So nice to see each other in person again.
